Nowhere to Run. A poem by Fi Crux

Nowhere to run
Passport for none
Man’s petty battles
Pale into grand
Mother Nature
Upstages
The weak speechless
Statesmen
Like children
Forget or never knew sages,
At mercy of science
That’s too hard for most
Media hunger
Confuses
enpanics in
vortices of seeming
Knowleges and worthless hypotics
A double edged terror
And opium
The people love
Too much to be drunk now
all borders are shot
And walls that we sought
We no longer want
Now that we need them
To survive
JUST STOP
For x weeks
And the virus will die
Will die?
No host to infect
Nowhere to run
Nowhere to hide.
